Any one else having recent problems with Computer Associates etrust? I have
2 customers with their version 7 (oem) product installed and as of this
past week; they both have experienced dramatic performance degradation. Put
the monitor to sleep and the performance is great. I assume this has
happened as part of an update. I tried calling their support number and
they won't even let you ask the question without being charged $95. I tried
uninstalling and reinstalling and that was no help.
