=C10 - D10 becomes =D10 - C10 when opening an Excel 2000 file in Excel 2002 (XP)

No kidding!!! a cell containing a simple formula =C10 -
D10 in Excel 2000 gets emailed to another user and opened
in Excel 2002 (XP) and the exact same cells formula
becomes =D10 - C10 causing major headaches for our CFO,
any ideas???
