c0000135 Error , Server won't boot up

I was trying to apply SP4 and in between got re booted .After that I am getting the error message saying that 'STOP 'c0000135' unable to find dll .dynamic link library winsrvr could not find in the path . Default Path
I have tried with booting from CD and try to repair/install , then I am getting the message like 'it couldn't find the hard disk letter
Could anyone can help me out
