C:\WINNT\...\vsdata.dll - Validation failed

Whenever I startup my PC I get an immediate Validaion failure on the
"vsdata.dll" file. Whenever I access an internet site now I get "site not
trusted" security panels, for example when I try to visit my HOTMAIL.

Any ideas on how to resolve this? Please Help. Thanks

It's caused by Zone Alarm. Maybe this can help:

I am getting a message that says VALIDATION FAILED.
