How do I fix this problem?

What are the contents of autoexec.nt? (You should be able to view it with
notepad.) At work, we've seen malware mess up this file.

I'm having a similar problem all of a sudden. These are programs that are
16 bit programs and ran well under windows xp prof. I had a system crash and
had to reinstall windows from scratch. Suddenly these programs which ran
fine under windows xpsp2 before now get the same report betrayed is getting.

How to clean up this problem?
