C:\windows\bs3.dll module could not be found

I am getting this error. Can anyone tell me now to fix
it. I can not get my modem to commuticate. I was told my
modem was bad so I went to DSL to by pass my modem.
However, it is still not communicateing. The computer
sees the dsl and says that it's working but they
can't "talk". Anyone know what I can do?

bs3.dll is part of a spyware package that you'd probably
prefer wasn't on your machine -

My advice is to download, install and run Ad-Aware from

http://www.lavasoftusa.com/support/download

or Spybot Search and Destroy from

http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?
lang=en&page=download

Both are free and either should take care of the gremlin
on your computer.
