C-Tree Data Provider or ODBC Driver

Does anyone have or know of a free and/or open source Data Provider for
accessing a Faircom C-Tree database? I'd even settle for an ODBC
driver.

I've been searching the web for days, but the only thing I can find is
Faircom's own ODBC driver, and I'm not thrilled with the idea of paying
$900 per client to use it.
