Can you please tell me if the standard edition has the drag and drop wysiwyg forms designer

I believe it does, as it allows you to create Windows Application
projects.

I should think so, since the Personal Edition of Borland C# Builder
that I'm using does, and it's free for download.
 
Does Standard have a report generator? By this I mean a facility to design reports in more of a word processor environment than a coding environment.

I couldn't say, as I've never used MS' C# IDE.
