I am currently working on a SIP application and have run into a snag.
Any help / advice would be greatly appreciated.
I am trying to play audio received in RTP packets from a SIP VoIP
connection. I have tried using DirectX DirectSound's secondary buffer
and playing that but all I get is static. Does anyone know how to do
this?
