I happen to think that Blum's book is one of the better books on the
subject, and he covers most of the material that you would need quite
well.. However, all books have a slightly different focus, so you may
want to take a look at the MSPress book as well. Those are the only two
that come to mind at present.

Not sure if you're near a large book store, but that's where I do most of
my research before buying anything (and I did buy both of the books
above).
