C: Drive

While trying to network to home computers I have locked my
self out of my main drive, my c: drive and now I cannot
access it. Can anyone help me with this, PLEASE.
 
What operating system are you using?

What were the sequence of events which lead up to
the trouble?

Have you tried starting the computer in "Safe" mode?
