C drive properties window is missing SECURITY tab..?!?!?

I have a machine with WinXP, and in order to get Norton
Utilities to run at startup, I followed that instructions
that say "Right click the C drive icon, click Properties,
then click the Security Tab". The problem here is that
there isn't a tab labeled Security. Is there a way to get
this back? Where did it go? I have tabs that say General,
Tools, Hardware, Norton, Sharing, and Quota.
Is there some menu somewhere that turns tabs on or off?

Yes
1) In explorer
2) tools - folder options
3) Click the view tab
4) scroll down and uncheck "use simple file sharing (recommended)"

close the folder & your security tab should appear next time you open
explorer.
