C\ drive problem

I just inserted a cd with my pics on the drawer of the computer, now the
the drawer does not open the lite is on.I went to My Coputer, and I see the
C\driver has a stop red sign, meaning the it is not in the sistem.
Please, I need help, to open this drawer, and remove the cd.
It was workink fine last time I used.

Try this:

Open Windows Explorer, right click on the CD drive icon and select Eject.

I went to My Computer , and it is not there, only the floppy disk, and
OTHER, next to c\ and a red cuestion mark.
 
I reboot the machine and it did it.

Straighten out a paperclip or similar size piece of wire.
There should be a hole the size of the paperclip.
Insert the paperclip and push firmly but carefully to open the tray.

Post back with more information to get help with fixing the CD drive.
