C Drive Icon double click opens ACDSee

Something happened with my RAID device. autoexec.inf was removed from
the root directory, when Right-clicking the icon, it show the options
to "scan with ACDSee" as first followed by "Search" then "Open" then
"Explore" How do I get the order to be "Open" before the others
(Highlighted)?

Try the "folder" and "drive" association fixes.
