I am currently using the Windows Vista Home Premium 32 bit operating system.
At the end of this year, I would like to do a full C Disk recovery to get
rid of some old garbage and inactive programs. I have the original
installation discs for all my Microsoft applications and other programs. I
have also backed up other files so I can reinstall them. I do have some
e-mail files, however, in Microsoft Office Outlook from family members that
I would like to bring over to next year but I cannot find them to copy. They
are currently in separate folders in my Outlook "In Box". I cannot seem to
find them, however, on the C Drive. The application folder reads "empty".
Your suggestions and help would be much appreciated.

Thank you for the tutorial reference but after I burn the e-mail to a DVD I
cannot open it to check it because it is not "An Adobe" file. I don't know
how Adobe is involved although one of the e-mails had an adobe file as a
subject.
What am I doing incorrectly?
