Hi,
I am beginner for C# and .Net world. Any advise for real good books and
how to start on .Net will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

Look for books by the Microsoft press on C# and WRox Press (the Fastrack
series) and books by O'Reilly

I'm a big fan of WROX, especially the Programmer's Reference titles.
When it comes to instructional content the Deitel & Deitel father and
son textbook publishing team have no equal.

Deitel & Deitel: C# A Programmer's Introduction

I agree this is an very good book for those looking to get past the
initial learning of C# and more importantly into the framework.
His chapters on Asynch calls and remoting are very clear and easy to
understand.
good work Juval!!!

The best book in my opinion (I might be biased since the author is a
friend
of mine) is
Juval Lowy's "Programming .NET Components"
http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/t...002-3944042-9077645?v=glance&s=books&n=507846

Its a little bit steep, but will give you depth across the board.
