Anyone using bwmeter on their computer? when i tried to install it says
windows can't verify the publisher of this driver with 2 options either
cancel the installation or install the their driver. Is it safe to
install it?

Because that program can't exclude lan traffic
why not use netmeter that is free?

Set a system restore point and then install driver. The message is somewhat
common and gives you an opportunity to ask yourself if you really want to do
this. But if you trust the publisher then try it.

You can also uninstall the driver if you feel it was a mistake but the
System Restore point is your fallback. Now that SR can be accessed even
when Windows is inoperable (by booting with the dvd). If you want to be
even safer, image the system before proceeding.
