buying terminal service licenses

We are using a 2 license terminal services setup with server 2003 to
computers running xp.

Our group has grown and we need more licenses. Two questions.

What are the system requirements for running multiple terminal service
licenses?

What is the cost for say 5 or 10 licenses?

I had searched all the groups on the news server I'm using but missed
