button's turn black

I'm running W2K terminal server and I have a user whose
applicationbuttons regularly turn black. When I connect to
his session using the "Terminal servïces manager" all his
buttons return to normal, but after a while the problem
comes back again.

Any suggestions how to solve this?
 
Some users in this forum have noted that changing the
client's color palete from 32 to 16 bit colors sometimes
helps this, as well as updating graphics drivers.

Sometimes caching the bitmaps can cause similar symptoms. You might try
turning that off in your client connectoid.
