button to resume slide show pops up during presentation

When I am running my presentation, it jumps out of and displays a buttom to
"resume slide show". HELP. I'm giving a church presentation and it is very
distracting!!!

Does this always happen on the same slide? In every presentation?
Sounds like an external program is getting the focus, maybe just for a few
seconds. Have you got anti-virus software scanning, that could be a cause.
You could use windows task manager (press ctrl+shift+escape) to see what
programs are running when this happens.
