button or shortcut to clear temp int files & offline content

Its getting VERY annoying to constantly clear out my temporary internet
files and all offline content while I'm developing sites.

To do one simple thing, you have to jump 10 hoops.. Tools > Internet
Options > Delete Files > Click the offline check box > OK > OK
yes I am lazy!

So I'm just wondering if there is a fast shortcut or ANYTHING someone
can come up with to speed this process up..

(Yes, i know i can set up IE so when i close out the window, it clears
old cache, but that would mean id have to close all my browser and then
copy/paste my link back in.. too much work)

I'm looking for a quick one click solution...
