PhotoFiltre makes buttons.
Nothing real fancy, just practical....

Try sTile.. It is a very simple Graphic editing App.. Has a butonize tool
that lets you specify the FG, adn BG colors of the buton (and size). as well
as a few other Graphic filters (like fish eye, blur, and a bunch of others).
