I have developed a form, published it etc.
On it are two buttons which when clicked will run the following code.

Sub CommandButton2_Click()
myItem.subject = "Yes I will be attending"
myItem.to = "(e-mail address removed)"
myItem.send
msgbox "Thank you for your response"
End Sub

Sub CommandButton1_Click()
item.subject = "No I will not be attending"
Item.to = "(e-mail address removed)"
Item.send
msgbox "Thank you for your response"
End Sub

When sent to someone using Outlook 2000, it runs fine (assuming
security allows it) and clicking each button sends an email and
displays the alert box.
When sent to someone using Outlook 2003, it doesn't run the code, even
with security set to low.
However, when testing it under 2003 it works.
Any ideas as to why 2003 recipients can't run the code?

Published it where? Unless it's in the Organizational Forms library and does not have the "send form definition with item" box checked, it won't work in recent versions, which are much more secure than the original release of OUtlook 2000.

Thanks yet again Sue.
I have published it to the Organizational Forms library and it does
have the "send form definition with item" box checked.
Still doesn't execute the code though on the recipients end.
:(

Perhaps you misread my earlier post. If the "send form definition with item" box is checked, code will not run for recipients.
