I have used a duplicate button from a form and expect that the details I want
to duplicate if I had a blank form record. It does not seem to work. Any
suggestions? In anticipation

sneeze,
You haven't given us any information about the original form and
button code vs. the new form and button code. How can we possibly provide
any meaningful response?

Is the form bound to data? It all starts with the data...

What's the underlying table structure?

Are you using a query to 'feed' that form, or pointed directly at the table?

More info, please...
