Button color change

Does FP 2003 offer a simple solution that makes the color of a button change
WHEN you are on that page. For example, when I choose "solutions" on the
page below the button itself changes color when you are on the "solutions"
page. My sites use the dynamic web template for ease, can the button color
change (on that page only) accomplished with dwt?
