Busy Search

In Outlook 2000 I would search other people's calendars to find their
available time. In the appointment screen there was a tab for "Attendee
Availablity". In Outlook 2002 that tab seems to have been changed to
"Scheduling". When I input the time for the meeting, invite my parties, and
click on scheduling, it does not show me anything at all but a green
vertical line and a red vertical line to indicate the start/end times.

How do I initiate a busy search to actully check the attendees calendars for
conflicts? Outlook 2002

You're right, the tab has been renamed and its format changed slightly.
However the screen that appears when you click it is almost identical to the
one on 2000.

If all you see are the green and red lines, the people you are viewing have
no meetings scheduled. The legend is shown at the bottom of the screen.
Blue = busy etc. Scroll to the right and left and see if they have meetings
scheduled on other days.

if you see slashes it means they aren't publishing their free/busy
information.
