OK, the issue:
Have a user with Windows XP and Outlook 2003, and we run
Exchange 5.5. He happens to be our CIO.
He schedules overlaping meetings all the time. On
occassion, the later meetings don't show when someone else
is trying to schedule them. i.e., he had three meetings,
the first from 2:30 - 4:30, the second from 4:00 - 5:30,
and the last from 4:00 - 7:00. When attempting to schedule
him, the first one (or at least the time period the first
one is for) appears busy. The second and third ones appear
free (4:30 - 7:00). If you mouse over the not-free-free-
time, the meeting details appear for all the meetings. Of
course, folks with pre-2003 Outlook (the majority here,
I'm afraid) aren't blessed with this view. All they see is
that he appears free.
I've checked the meetings on his calendar, and they are
all marked to appear as busy. He does have a delegate, but
she does not receive meeting requests exclusively.
Please help. These annoying little things are getting a
bit frustrating. ;-)
Thanks
Mark
