busy/free service communication glitch

We are attempting to use Microsofts busy / free scheduling
service via the internet. 3 of 5 machines are working
properly. The two that have failed have the identical
problem. The problem is this: the USER cannot view others
busy/free info, no errors generated, just shows "no
information available". As ADMINISTRATOR I can go in and
it works fine on same machine so not a connectivity
problem... tried boosting user to administrator group,
did not work so not a permissions problem. Not finding
anything on the web, cannot affort MS Tech Support. Anyone
know what is going on?
