It's the first time I am entering names into the Business Contact Manager. I
had some names in Contacts that I wanted to transfer into the Business
Contacts data base, but it was rejected because apparently it already has
over 50 categories, so I was advised to run a report (which I don't how to
do) from the Business Tools Menu (which I can't find or see at a glance) and
generate a list of Accounts by Category and another list of Business Contacts
by Category.

I went to help to see how do I generate that report and it refers a lot to
the Business Tools Menu, but I can't see it.

Also I'd like to know what do you see as the advantage of having Business
Contact Manager as opposed to only having Outlook by itself.

Thanks in advance.

- To copy Outlook contacts to Business Contacts folder, simply drag and drop
the contacts.
- The Business Tools menu appears between 'Actions' and 'Help' menu items.
If you are not able to see it, it means that the database has not been
properly loaded with your profile. Please do the following:
1. Goto File --> Data File Management
2. In the list of 'Outlook Data Files' , if there is any Business Contact
Manager Database, then select it and click the 'Remove' button.
3. 'Click on 'Add'
4. Select 'Business Contact Manager Database' and click 'OK'
5. Select 'Use an existing Database' and select the database that you were
using previously.
6. Follow the instructions to associate the database. Please wait for a few
minutes for the action to complete properly.

-Use the menu item Business Tools --> Reports to generate any Business
Contact Manager related reports.
