Close Outlook.
Go to Control Panel
Double click on Mail
Click on Data Files
Make sure the Business Contact Manager data file is listed for your profile.
If not, you can add it and chose your database that you previously created.
Then restart Outlook.

click the disabled items button - and then select BCM and enable it -
