Is it possible to configure outlook to work with multiple copies of outlook, in such a way that they are syncronized. So that at any given time, one can pull up the others calander. The use of this is for a business, In which many employees have their own calanders, all in outlook, and the office secretary wants to be able to view anyones calander at any time. All the computers are networked, and or dial in to a network over high speed internet. Hope someone knows about this. Thank

This is certainly possible using Exchange as your mail server. I don't think
you can do it without.
