business contacts red flag follow up

In my last version of Outlook when a red flag came due the contact
information for the client turend red, I cannot get outlook to do thi swith
the new computer, can yo help?
 
I don't believe this behavious works with BCM contacts. It simply turns the
flag to the status that you set it. I haven't found any other uses beyond
that. The flags don't work like they do on regular contacts/emails.
