Business Contacts Outlook 2003

Hi,

Hoping someone can help. I've just got Office 2003 and run a small business.
I have set up my business contacts folder and it has linked all my emails to
each contact. How do I reverse it so that each contact shows only the
emails, tasks, etc for that client.

Any help appreciated.
 
If you've linked all your email messages to every contact, you'll need to unlink them. Display the folder list in the navigation pane, and select the Business History folder under Business Contact Manager. Open each item and use the controls labeled Link to History to show the linked contacts and remove the ones you don't need.
