I have been using Office 2003 beta 2 sucessfully for some
time. Everything worked reasonably well including the
Business contact part of Outlook. I have now upgraded to
the full Office 2003 version (on Select). I can still get
to and see my normal contacts but when I click in the
Business Contacts I just get the message
"The set of folders could not be opened"
and the help fole tells me to reload the .pst or .ost
file. Reloading the pst has no effect and I cannot find
a .ost file. Is there any way to reset the Business
contacts manager so that I can use it?
Any help will be appreciated

1. Are you using an Exchange account?
2. Have you installed the release version of BCM?

I am using an account on Exchange 5.5.

What is BCM? If you are asking if it is the release
version of Office the answer is yes. We have a select 6
agreement so I received it two weeks before the official
release release date of the 21st, I assume that it was the
RTM.

Business Contact Manager (BCM) is a separate product from Office 2003. You
need to have both products installed. Also, if you don't have an email
account in your profile that ISN'T Exchange, you won't be able to use BCM.
BCM does not work with Exchange accounts.
