business contacts manager

When the business contacts manager screen poped up and
asked if I wanted to use my contacts. I inevertanly
clicked no when I should have clicked yes. How do I get
the screen back to click yes?
 
Try File | Data File Management. Click Add to add a Business Contact Manager
Database.
