how do you make Business Contacts in Outlook 2007 the main contacts on today

You will need to purchase and install a 3rd party developed application that
can add sync conduits for your PC's multiple contact folders. MS does not
make anything like this that will sync multiple folders of contacts all into
your 1 main contact application on your mobile device. I would recommend
Chapura's Pocket Mirror for Windows Mobile or the new Folder Mirror solution.
