Business Contact Mananager fails on specific user profile

We've received an error message "Unknown MAPI error returned by Outlook"
This problem doesn't occur on different profile at the same machine.
The user is a member of BCMUsers group and the database is created correctly.
Deleting and recreating BCM folders doesn't work, reinstalling BCM either.

Operating system configuration Windows XP Pro Polish, Office 2003 Polish
with SP1, addidional software Adobe Acrobat 6
 
I have the same issue - on English editions of same configuration. I think it
may have to do with .Net Framework SP updates?
My problem is that I cannot find an uninstall for BCM and if I try to
reinstall BCM I get a "server not configurable" error.
