business contact managers shows outlook inbox

My business contact manager displays my outlook inbox and I can no longer
retrieve the notes or contact-specific e mails. Does anybody know how to get
rid of the inbox and restore the notes and e mails?
 
Still not addressed!

I've experienced this problem (inbox displayed in contact history window). I've tried to clear cache, then restart outlook...this did not work.

I've attempted the renaming solution as described on the ms support link, but it has instructions which are not clear to recreate the custom form (see running BCM database in maintenance mode...there is no context for where to get this option of of what file menu (it doesn't exist as part of outlook 2003)) :confused: Thus, following the instructions up that point did nothing but lose all my BCM Contacts and history...and leave me with a disfunctional product.

Has anybody had a successful approach to solving this issue, seems like everything so far has been the typical -- maybe this will work approach?
