Have been creating accounts using Business Accounts as category. I went to create a new account and a message "the form required to view this message cannot be displayed. Contact your administrator." I am the only person so there is no administrator. I am stuck. does anyone know what has happened?

There is a discussion list specifically for BCM questions:
microsoft.public.outlook.bcm

I will also post this question there with my reply.

This usually is indicative of a "corrupt" forms cache.
However, I am not sure if BCM uses the same forms
cache as the rest of Outlook forms.

The instructions below are for deleting your current forms
cache. They will be created fresh for you upon reopening
Outlook and this procedure will not harm any thing if you
do it.

If you close outlook
Perform a FIND (click on desktop and press <F3>)
(If you are using XP or W2K operating system be
sure to look in hidden files)
Look for FRMCACHE.DAT file.
Delete it from the find window.
Restart Outlook.

When you restart Outlook it will rebuild a fresh new
FRMCACHE.DAT file.

Nikki,

BCM does suffer from the same caching issues as other forms. Clearing the
cache should help.

BCM sometimes has what's known as a "forms cache" problem. Clearing the
cache usually fixes it. Choose Tools | Options | Other | Advanced Options |
Custom Forms, then click Manage Forms, then Clear Cache. If simply clearing
the cache doesn't fix the issue, try the other steps detailed at
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;836558
