Business Contact Manager

In Outlook 2003 the Business Contact manager seems to cause problems with Microsoft’s fax program. When Business Contact Manager is installed, the fax program cannot see the Outlook’s address books. Is there a remedy for this problem and does this add on cause other difficulties
