Does anyone know why, I occasionally have to clear the form cache? It seems that every once in a while, when I open a contact in BCM, it comes up with an array index issue or cusotm form can not load issue. Clearing hte cache corrects the problem, but what causes it?
 
It's a known problem. The exact cause, however, is still a myster.
