G Guest May 18, 2006 #2 yes.... we installed Outlook w/BCM on a W2003 server for this purpose and it works now, if somebody would rig a way to sync our offline laptops we would be set! unfortunately it looks like it requires CRM

It is possible to do that now with BCM if you know how to setup SQL merge replication and it'll get easier.
