business contact manager

Can not seem to install business contact manager
I installed trial of outlook 2003, and trial of BCM used 2 months, then
purchased each separatly. uninstalled both, reinstalled, but BCM tells me it
cannot find server. any tips

Hi Pam

Are you seeing any errors during the BCM Installation process? Does it
successfully complete?
Also, what is the exact error message that you are seeing?

If you are seeing errors during the setup process, take a look at the

I have been messing around with this for a week.
I have uninstalled outlook 2003, reinstalled, updated outlook.
I have disabled firewall and
virus software

it just cannot pick up server
but outlook works great
it is happening on 2 computers too
 
finally got it installed with no error....but its not here
