Hi,
Please verify:
1> If you can see a "Business Tools" menu item in Outlook menu bar?
2> Is there a folder tree created as "Business Contact Manager"
If your answer was "No" to both these questions then you have not associated
Business Contact Manager (BCM) with your outlook profile. Do the following:
1. Create a new profile and Do Not have any email account in it.
2. Open the profile. You will be prompted to add a Business Contact Manager
database to the profile. Accept it.
3. BCM will get associated with the profile and you will be able to see
'Help' for Business Contact Manager and all the relevant menu items.
Please note that Microsoft officially does not support using BCM with an
Outlook profile that includes an Exchange account, unless that account is on
a Small Business Server 2003 machine and you have installed the corresponding
patch for BCM from
http://support.microsoft.com/?id=831747.
Regards.
