Business Contact Manager

I have reinstalled this and it still will not open on the
computer. Everytime i open this it gives me the error
that "There was a problem connecting to the database
engine." It then proceeds to say after I cancel out
that, "Business Contact Manager cannot load all of your
data. Please try again later". Anyone have any tips or
can help at all?
 
I might have bumped into your solution when having
problem of not getting BCM to open. Try Microsoft
knowledge base 830318.

I get the error: Failure to open resource file.. check
setup. Any help for me?

Have a look at Microsoft Knowledge Base Article - 830318 which migh
solve the problem
