Business Contact Manager

I received a complimentary "Launch" copy of Office 2003.
It does not include disk number 2, which has the Business
Contact Manager Add-in for Outlook. Does anyone know if
Microsoft will allow you to download this for free?
 
According to Microsoft, you can send a request to (e-mail address removed) with
this information:

Name
Company name, if applicable
Address (no P.O. Boxes)
Phone Number

The CD will ship directly to you and should arrive in 2-4 weeks.
