when attempting to install BCM the message comes up that the "wizard was interrupted" and BCM cannot install and to try later. Always get same results.
Any suggestions as to how to get this program installed

That's one we haven't heard about before. Business Contact Manager is new enough that we don't have a lot of solid troubleshooting information yet. If you get errors during setup, you should initiate a support incident with Microsoft at http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=fh;en-us;incidentsubmit.You will need a .Net Passport, but there should be no charge for filing the request for help.

It does not give you an error Sue.

Microsoft called me this evening and said that several others have same problem and they reinstalled XP. I don't want to go that route as too many files on system. When I asked if my files would be lost the support person said he would have to check with XP people & see what could be done. I have installed dozens of programs without a hitch and if this is the only one I have problems with, I can't see that it is my XP program giving me headaches. Has anyone else a better solution at this time.
