Business Contact Manager

Help! My BCM contact "history" windows are not showing my history
information. They have been "replaced" by the contents of my e-mail inbox.
I'd be grateful if any readers have suggestions of what I might do to fix
this.

When I hit the "Add" button to the left of the history window nothing
happens; no options appear.
