When entering a new account in Business Contact manager I get this error message - the file as field for this contact is empty. You may not have entered a name or company. Do you want to save this contact with an empty file as field? I do not know how to fix this. The previous problem I had - I found the answer - tools/options/other/advanced options/customer forms/manage form/clear cache. Or deleting the Frmcache.dat (which I did a seach and it couldn't find this file). This procedure is not helping this current problem. Please help. Thank you. (e-mail address removed)
