Business Contact Manager will not install

I followed the advice in "http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=840018", but I
still cannot install BCM 2003 and get the same error message, "Setup failed
to configure the server, refer to the server error log and setup log for more
information". Now what?

Are you trying to install V1 or V2?

I do not know. The date on the CD is June 2004.

OK, this is BCM V1 then. Why don;t you install BCM V2? It is available
for download at microsoft.com.
